About the Role

We are looking for an experienced US IT Staffing Account Manager to manage client relationships, staffing requirements, recruitment delivery, and account growth.

Tech Mahindra client/account management experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage US IT staffing client relationships and requirements.
- Coordinate with recruiters for quality and timely submissions.
- Manage submissions, interviews, selections, offers, and closures.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders.
- Handle client concerns and support account growth.
- Negotiate rates and commercial terms.
- Monitor account performance and recruitment delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements




- 5–10 years of US IT Staffing / Account Management experience.
- Strong US IT client and enterprise account management experience.
- Tech Mahindra client experience highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Positive understanding of the US IT staffing lifecycle.
- Experience in account growth/business development.
- Comfortable working in US shifts / night shifts.
