What You'll Be Up To:

Transform Client Briefs: Translate client briefs into actionable tasks for different departments.

Client Engagement: Manage and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision. Handle client calls on daily basis.

Brand Communication: Clearly articulate brand requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.

Strategy: Build and execute monthly, weekly and annual social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.

Account and Project Management: Independently manage 5+ social media accounts simultaneously. Handle both digital mandates and offline requirements including catalogues, posters, print creatives, and other brands assets.

Media Understanding & Analytics: Have a working understanding of paid media, including boosting campaigns and basic campaign setup.

Reporting and Insights: Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports. Identify key learnings,



content trends and growth opportunities from data.

Pitching and & New Business: Have experience in creating decks and pitches. Understand the process of developing presentation, creative strategies and campaign ideas.

Content Creation: Should be comfortable shooting reels and confident enough to appear on camera for brand videos.

On Screen Presence: Should have good acting skills and knack for content creation.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience In Digital Marketing Agency as a Client Servicing Executive or Social Media Manager. Prior experience in an agency setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Highly motivated and deadline-driven.

Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.

Strong listening skills.

Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
