Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Account Executive to join our finance team in Recent Town, Kolkata. In this role, you will handle day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, manage accounts payable/receivable, and ensure timely compliance with tax and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, general ledgers, and transactions using accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, or Excel).

- Accounts Payable &
- Receivable:

Process client invoices, track incoming payments, verify vendor bills, and ensure timely payments.

- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and accounts reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial statements.

- Taxation &

- Compliance:

Assist with GST filing, TDS calculations, and preparing documentation for tax submissions.

- Financial Reporting: Support senior management with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and closure activities.

- Audit Support:



Prepare ledger documentation and coordinate during internal or external financial audits.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role.

- Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Tally (ERP 9 / Prime) or similar accounting software, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

- Statutory Knowledge:

Fundamental understanding of GST, TDS, and basic Indian accounting standards.

- Skills: Excellent numerical skills, high attention to detail, and good verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,844.96 - ₹30,614.71 per month
