About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts & Compliance Executive with hands-on experience in Accounting, GST, TDS and Export Compliance. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities and ensuring timely statutory and export-related compliances.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities
- Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GST reconciliations
- Handle TDS payments, returns and Form 26AS reconciliation
- Manage vendor payments and account reconciliations
- Handle payroll and statutory compliances – PF, PT, ESIC, etc.
- Manage export accounting and documentation
- Handle LUT, IGST refund and export GST compliance
- Reconcile export invoices, shipping bills, GST returns and bank realisations
- Handle foreign currency transactions and forex gain/loss
- Coordinate with banks, consultants,



logistics teams and tax authorities
- Assist with tax notices, submissions, audits and statutory compliances
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare MIS reports as required

Candidate Profile ✔ B.Com / BAF / M.Com / Semi-Qualified CA

✔ 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Taxation

✔ Experience in a manufacturing/export company will be preferred

✔ Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & accounting

✔ Practical exposure to Export Accounting & Export GST Compliance

✔ Experience with Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime; SAP/ERP knowledge preferred

✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word

✔ Valuable written and verbal communication in English

✔ Strong reconciliation and analytical skills

⭐ Preferred Skills

Candidates with knowledge of LUT, IGST Refund, Shipping Bills, BRC/e-BRC, DGFT, IEC, export documentation and foreign currency accounting will be preferred.

Work Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Preferred Candidates: Mumbai-based candidates, preferably with convenient connectivity to the Central Line / Western Line.
