The organization engages with entrepreneurs, business leaders, investors, senior executives, and other professionals through its research publications, events, and business platforms.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and data entry.

 Manage Accounts receivable and payable.

 Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

 Support accounts payable and receivable processes.

 Prepare and file GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliance documentation.

 Assist in monthly/quarterly closing activities and basic financial reporting.

 Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for invoices, payments, and clarifications.

 Support audits by providing required information and documents.

 Process employee payroll

Requirements

 Bachelor’s or Master degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

 5–7 years of relevant experience.

 Good Knowledge of accounting principles and Indian taxation (GST,



TDS, IT).

 Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks) is a plus.

 Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

 Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

 Experience in working on PF, ESI, LWF.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
