- Maintain daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts and payments.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and follow-ups.
- Perform bank, cash and ledger reconciliations.
- Verify invoices, bills and expense claims and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance and timely filing.
- Maintain petty cash records and monitor daily expenses.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and assist in monthly closing.
- Coordinate with outlet teams for sales reports, expense statements and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper records of all financial transactions and supporting documents.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
