NJ Technology is seeking an Academic Counselor to provide guidance and support to students in achieving their academic goals.

The Academic

Counselor will be responsible for conducting academic assessments, developing educational plans, and assisting students in selecting courses that align with their interests and career objectives. Additionally, the Academic Counselor will monitor student progress, provide resources for academic success, and offer guidance on study skills and time management. The ideal candidate will have a background in counseling or education, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students reach their full potential. - Provide academic advising and counseling to students to achieve their academic and career goals

- Assist students in course selection and registration processes
- Evaluate students' academic progress and develop academic success plans
- Provide students with information on academic programs, requirements, and resources
- Offer guidance on study skills,



time management, and test-taking strategies
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success and retention
- Implement and coordinate academic support programs and workshops
- Stay current on academic policies, procedures, and resources to provide accurate information to students
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records
- Participate in career development activities to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.

Salary: 7LPA
