Learning Routes is expanding its sales team, and we’re looking for Sales Associates to join us!

Role : Sales Associate – Inside Sales

Experience : 0–3 years

Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate

Work Mode : Work from Office

Working Days : Monday–Saturday

Timings : 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

Salary : ₹27,000–₹30,000/month

Locations : Gurugram | Noida | Mumbai | Bangalore

What you’ll be doing:

- Connect with working professionals and understand their career goals
- Guide them towards relevant management programs
- Handle calls, follow-ups and lead conversions




- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build robust relationships with prospective learners

What we’re looking for:

- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sales and achieving targets
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Sales/Inside Sales/Business Development are welcome
