We are looking for an Academic Counsellor to connect with prospective students, understand their requirements, provide suitable guidance, and convert leads into enrollments.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and assigned leads through calls.
- Counsel students and understand their requirements.
- Explain courses, programs, and services clearly.
- Follow up with interested students.
- Handle queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments.
- Achieve counselling and conversion targets.

Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Strong counselling and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with students over the phone.
- Comfortable working with targets.

Pay: ₹27,390.21 - ₹60,474.50 per month
