Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team. The role involves handling student enquiries, counselling prospective students, following up with leads, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp & direct interactions
- Counsel students and guide them towards suitable courses
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records
- Convert leads into successful admissions
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Achieve assigned admission targets

Qualification & Requirements
- Plus Two / Any Degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in a EdTech firm
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and counselling ability
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
