Role Description The Academic Counsellor is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. The person in this role will guide prospective learners through course options, explain AI-integrated programs, and help individuals choose pathways aligned with their career goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting counselling sessions, responding to walk-in and phone inquiries, maintaining accurate student records, and following up with leads to support admissions.

The Academic

Counsellor will collaborate with faculty and admissions teams to schedule orientations,



provide updates on student progress, and ensure a positive learner experience from initial contact through enrollment. The role also involves organizing information sessions, gathering feedback from students, and contributing insights to improve academic offerings and support services.

Qualifications

- Counselling and advisory skills, including student guidance, needs assessment, and career path recommendation.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently in one-on-one group settings.
- Organizational and administrative skills, such as maintaining records, managing follow-ups, and coordinating schedules.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills to create a welcoming environment and support a strong learner community.
- Comfort with using digital tools for CRM, data entry, email communication, and reporting.
- Prior experience in academic counselling, admissions, or education services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Noida Sector 62, with a proactive, learner-focused, and inclusive approach.
