Job Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding academic performance, subject selection and study planning.
- Conduct one-to-one academic counselling sessions for students.
- Guide parents regarding students' academic progress and learning requirements.
- Monitor students' academic performance and identify areas requiring intervention.
- Support students in choosing appropriate academic streams and career pathways.
- Conduct parent counselling and academic orientation sessions.
- Coordinate with teachers, coordinators and school management.
- Maintain student counselling records and follow-up reports.
- Support students preparing for board examinations and competitive examinations.
- Organise career guidance and academic awareness programmes.





Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling or a relevant field.
- Experience in a CBSE/ICSE/International school preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of school academics and student development.
- Ability to communicate professionally with students, parents and teachers.
- Candidates with experience in academic counselling, career counselling or school coordination will be preferred.
