Looking for an Academic Coordinator / Vice Principal to support the Principal in managing academic activities, teachers and overall school operations. The role involves ensuring effective curriculum implementation, maintaining academic standards and supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Work Role:

- Coordinate academic planning, curriculum implementation and lesson planning.

- Monitor teaching quality, classroom activities and student performance.

- Guide, support and supervise teachers.

- Conduct teacher meetings, academic reviews and training sessions.

- Monitor assessments, examinations and academic records.

- Maintain discipline and support effective school administration.

- Coordinate with the Principal, teachers, students and parents.

- Participate in school events and other academic activities.

Requirements:

- Robust leadership, communication and organizational skills.

- Good knowledge of school academics and curriculum.

- Ability to manage teachers and coordinate academic activities.

- Previous experience in a senior teaching or academic leadership role is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
