Role Description The Academic Content Creator cum Social Media Associate is a full-time, on-site position based in Trivandrum. This role involves developing accurate, exam-focused academic content, including lesson summaries, study materials, practice questions, and explainer posts for subjects relevant to the Kerala Administrative Service Examination. The associate will adapt academic content for digital platforms, present videos for social media pages, create engaging posts,



and support campaigns that promote courses and student success stories.

Qualifications

- Strong academic content creation skills, including transparent writing, structuring study materials, and developing exam-oriented questions and explanations.
- Ability to research competitive exam syllabi, interpret complex topics, and present them in simple, learner-friendly language.
- Experience presentation of videos in social media platforms, creating educational posts.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with faculty and staff in an on-site educational setting.
- Solid understanding of or interest in subjects related to competitive examinations, especially the Kerala Administrative Service Examination.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; backgrounds in Humanities, Social Sciences, Education, or related fields are an advantage.
- Comfort with basic digital tools, content management, and data-driven improvement using engagement metrics.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a learner-focused mindset.
