About the Role

CollegeSathi is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Academic Counsellor who can effectively interact with students and clients, understand their academic requirements, and guide them toward suitable courses and career opportunities.

The ideal candidate should be an extrovert with excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking in both Hindi and English, and capable of building strong relationships with students and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and clients regarding courses, colleges, admissions, and academic opportunities.
- Understand students' academic interests, requirements, and career goals.
- Communicate with students and clients through calls, messages, and face-to-face interactions.
- Explain course details, admission processes, eligibility, fees, and other relevant information clearly.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Build a positive relationship with students, parents, and clients.
- Maintain student records and update relevant information using MS Office.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth counselling and admission process.
- Achieve assigned counselling and conversion targets.




- Handle student/client queries professionally and resolve concerns effectively.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Solid interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with students and clients.
- Extroverted, approachable, and energetic personality.
- Good student and client-handling skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to understand student requirements and provide suitable guidance.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
