1. Programming: Proficiency in C/C++, real-time embedded systems, and ASIC/GPU-based programming.
2. LTE/NR PHY & RF: Robust expertise in LTE/NR PHY Layer, DSP, RF, and antenna technologies.
3. PHY Layer Expertise: Expertise in modulation, coding techniques including FEC, LDPC, and Turbo decoding; MIMO; beamforming; complex I/Q sample processing; FFT/IFFT; channel estimation and equalization; modulation/demodulation.
4. Fronthaul & L1 Acceleration: Experience with CPRI/eCPRI fronthaul technologies and L1 acceleration.
5. Experience: 12 years of PHY/RF software development experience.
6. Program Delivery: Additional experience driving the delivery of 4G/5G L1 programs.
