2. 4G/5G Network Architecture: Positive experience with 4G/5G network architecture and network management principles.

3. OAM Development: Expertise in OAM module development and testing for both RAN and Core.

4. O-RAN: Experience with O-RAN O1 and related Fault Management (FM), Performance Management (PM), Configuration Management (CM) modules, and data models.

5. Linux & Concurrency: Experience with multithreading and multiprocessing architectures on Linux.

6. Containerization: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container platforms.

7. Data Formats: Experience with ASN.1, XML, JSON, and YAML data serialization formats.

8. Web & Network Protocols: Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS and SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol).

9. Streaming & Configuration Protocols: Experience with Kafka, NETCONF, and YANG.

10. Experience: 12 years of 4G/5G OAM product development experience.

11. Program Delivery: Additional experience driving the delivery of 4G/5G OAM development programs.
