Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Generalist with strong experience in 3D modeling, texturing, animation, lighting, rendering, CGI, and visual content production.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the complete 3D production pipeline and be able to independently handle projects from concept to final output. The candidate should be proficient in Blender and familiar with industry-standard creative and post-production tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D models, assets, environments, and product visuals.
- Handle texturing, UV mapping, materials, shading, lighting, and rendering.
- Create 3D animations and motion-based visual content.
- Develop CGI content for advertising, branding, marketing, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Work on product visualization, architectural/environment visualization, and promotional content.
- Handle compositing, post-production, and basic VFX when required.
- Edit and enhance video content when required.
- Collaborate with designers, Art Directors, VFX teams, content teams, and project managers.
- Understand creative briefs and convert concepts into high-quality 3D visuals.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in all final outputs.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines.
- Research and implement new 3D, CGI, AI, and creative technologies.

Software Requirements

Mandatory:

- Blender
- Adobe Photoshop

Preferred:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Illustrator
- Substance Painter
- DaVinci Resolve
- Unreal Engine
- Other 3D/VFX software

Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar platforms will be an advantage. Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Animation, VFX, CGI, Multimedia, 3D Design, Digital Arts, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in 3D, CGI, Animation, VFX, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation, and CGI work.
- Advertising, branding, product visualization, or digital marketing experience will be an advantage.

What We're Looking For We are looking for an all-round 3D Generalist who can work across multiple stages of the 3D production process—from modeling and texturing to lighting, rendering, animation, compositing, and final delivery.

A strong portfolio and practical production experience will be given significant importance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
