We undertake government infrastructure, urban development, and large building projects across Kerala and other states.

Job Summary

Urban Grey Engineering Solutions is looking for a creative and motivated 3D Draftsman to join our multidisciplinary project team. The candidate will assist in preparing 2D drawings, 3D models, architectural visualizations, and presentation renders for various projects, including government infrastructure and public development projects. This role provides an opportunity for freshers to gain practical exposure to skilled design and drafting processes while working with experienced architects and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings based on project requirements.
- Create 3D models, renders, and architectural visualizations.
- Assist in preparing presentation drawings and design concepts for government infrastructure projects.
- Develop drawings and visualizations for buildings, infrastructure, and public development projects.
- Modify drawings and models based on project requirements and client/consultant feedback.
- Coordinate with architects,



structural engineers, MEP engineers, and other project teams.
- Assist with site visits, measurements, and project documentation.
- Maintain organized project drawings, models, and files.
- Follow project standards, specifications, and instructions provided by the project team.

Qualification & Skills

- B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / ITI in Draftsman, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related field.
- Basic to good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max, or similar software.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and MS Office is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of 2D drafting and 3D modelling.
- Good visualization and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
