We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, plans, and layouts based on design specifications and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of drafting principles, proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, and the ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality drawings.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Create detailed and accurate while interpreting and analysing technical drawings, plans, and layouts using CAD software and other drafting tools.
- Ensure that drawings adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and design changes.
- Prepare and update documentation, including drawing sets, specifications, and material lists.




- Adhere to project timelines and deliver drawings within specified deadlines.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior draughtsmen, as required.

Eligibility

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Draughtsman in India, preferably in the construction or architectural industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and other drafting tools.
- Strong understanding of drafting principles, standards, and practices.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes in India.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
- Must have UBBL and EOD portal knowledge and technique .

Pay: ₹10,223.75 - ₹37,705.81 per month
