Talsko is hiring for a client looking for a results-driven Facebook & Instagram Ads specialist who can turn advertising budgets into qualified leads and confirmed bookings.

You'll own the paid acquisition journey - from campaign strategy and ad copy to lead generation, optimisation and booking conversion.

What You'll Do

- Launch and manage Facebook & Instagram campaigns for the US market
- Identify winning campaigns, audiences and creatives
- Build targeting, retargeting and A/B testing strategies
- Write conversion-focused ad copy and collaborate on creatives
- Build or optimise lead-generation funnels
- Analyse performance and fix issues affecting CPL, lead quality and bookings
- Scale campaigns based on measurable results

What We're Looking For

3–6 years of full time experience in:

Facebook & Instagram Ads

US-market campaigns

Lead generation & funnel optimisation

Targeting, retargeting & A/B testing

Performance marketing & campaign scaling
