Job DescriptionResponsibilities Nn Perform installation, alignment, and commissioning of CNC machines. N Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or control issues in CNC machines. N Provide technical support and maintenance services during and after the warranty period. N Assist the warehouse team with outbound shipment preparations of CNC machines and accessories. N Organize and manage shipping documents including delivery orders, acceptance forms, and inspection reports. N Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, and engineering) to ensure smooth after-sales operations. N Prepare and submit service reports and feedback to the service manager. N Provide on-site training and basic machine operation guidance to customers when needed. NnQualificationsn N Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. N 3years or above of experience in CNC machine installation or service, preferably in HMC and DCMC. N Familiarity with CNC control systems.,Especially ,FANUC, MITSUBISHI, N Robust troubleshooting,communication, and customer service skills. N
