Nn Strong statistical / Machine Learning knowledge and hands-on experience with statistical tools and techniques N Demonstrated capabilityto provide meaningful and actionable insights based on data analysis N Solid communication skills N Significant experience in predictive modelling (e.G., Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Ada-Boost). N Strong capability of running multivariate regression models using Python/R N Ability to conduct cluster analysis on large datasets N Good understanding and working experience with multiple data sources N High level of comfort with receiving, loading, cleansing, enriching & enhancing transactional data sources N Ability to proactively come up with solutions requiring minimal guidance N Should be a strong teamplayer & able to work in an ambiguous environment with minimal guidance. NnSpecialised knowledge required – Good to have Nn 1-4 years of experience in statistical modelling/customer segmentation/predictive analysis in a quant-heavy organization N Candidates with strong business sense and problem-solving capabilities preferred N
