N Troubleshooting: N Experienced in problem tracing, log management, scripting to invocate problem determination and involved diagnostic traces, trace route and debug probe for DataPower NnGood to have: NShould have sound knowledge services like : web,mpgw,xml etc. Nn Worked in variousenvironments such as AIX and Linux . N Working knowledge of fix packs, cumulative fixes, Firmware and flip modules. N Creation of User, domain etc. N Ssl renewal process. N Device initialization. N Backup and restore . N Working knowledge various ITIL Tools like snow and Jira tools etc. N Opened PMR's with IBM to solve various issues related to the setting N DataPower DR exercise for Cluster recovery worst case scenario for availability with minimal resources.
