Job DescriptionCompany: WillWare Technologies NRole: SAP Article Master Functional Consultant NExperience: 6+ Years NWork Mode: Bengaluru NRole OverviewnWe are looking for an SAP Functional Consultant with solid expertise in Article Master, Vendor Management, Business Partner (BP) processes, and procurement-related master data. The consultant will work closely with business teams to analyse requirements, design functional solutions, and support end-to-end processes within SAP ECC/S/4HANA. NKey ResponsibilitiesnAnalyse and document requirements for Article Master creation, extension, updates, and mass maintenance. NSupport onboarding, enrichment, and lifecycle management of Vendors and Business Partners, including validations and duplicate checks. NConfigure and validate procurement master data relevant to Article Master processes: NPurchase Info Records (ME11/ME12) NSource Lists (ME05/ME07) NBills of Material (CS01/CS02) for applicable article types (perishables, prepacks, beverages, variants, etc.) NSupport article-related processes including: NPrepacks, variant characteristics, service packs, beverages with deposits NArticle relationships, hierarchy, listings/de-listings, assortments NDefine data validation rules, process flows, and approval requirements with cross-functional teams. NContribute to designing mass upload templates, data checks,



and data quality frameworks. NParticipate in SIT/UAT, prepare functional documentation and test scripts, and support business users during rollout. NPrepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, and SOPs. NRequired Skillsn5–7 years of experience in one or more of the following functional areas: NSAP IS RetailnSAPS/4HANA Fashion/Retail NSAP MM (Materials Management) NStrong hands-on experience in Article Master processes including: NArticle types, attributes, characteristics, variants, brand management NArticle hierarchy and assortment/listing processes NSourcing parameters: case packs, dimensions, pallet patterns, sourcing locations NProven experience with procurement master data linked to Article Master: PIRs, Source Lists, Info Records, BOMs. NStrong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. NMust SkillsnExcellent communication skills (written & verbal). NStrong stakeholder management; able to lead requirement workshops independently. NSelf-driven, proactive, and accountable for end-to-end deliverables. NDetail-oriented, structured, and highly organized working style. NAbility to collaborate effectively with technical, QA, integration, and business teams. NQuick learner with adaptability to evolving project needs.
