Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales process, meeting prospective clients, presenting property options, and closing transactions in line with company policies. The role includes managing and mentoring the sales team, monitoring performance, and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. The Sales Manager will maintain robust client relationships, ensure transparent communication,



and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless property dealing experience. The position also involves market research, competitor analysis, and preparing regular sales reports for management.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, pipeline management, and deal closure.
- Experience in client relationship management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to plan and execute sales strategies, set team targets, and monitor performance metrics.
- Proficiency in communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems used to track leads and sales activities.
- Prior experience in real estate or property consulting is highly beneficial.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing or mentoring sales teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gurgaon and meet clients in person as required.
