We are working on a Regional Medical Advisor (RMA) mandate for a leading pharmaceutical organization and are looking to connect with MD Pharmacology professionals interested in a field-based Medical Affairs opportunity.

Location: Kolkata

Qualification: MD Pharmacology only, mandatory

Compensation: Up to ₹25 LPA

Role Type: Individual Contributor

Travel: Approx. 25%

Role Overview

The position will focus on scientific and medical engagement across the assigned region, working closely with healthcare professionals, KOLs and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and managing scientific relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals
- Conducting scientific discussions, medical education programs and high-science engagements
- Supporting therapy-shaping and evidence-generation initiatives
- Contributing to medical projects, registries, observational studies, Phase IV and investigator-led initiatives




- Providing scientific inputs and medical updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams
- Ensuring high standards of scientific accuracy, ethics and compliance

Ideal Profile

We are particularly interested in diversity professionals with experience in Medical Affairs / Regional Medical Affairs / Medical Advisor / MSL roles who possess solid scientific communication, KOL engagement and stakeholder-management skills.

MD Pharmacology is an essential requirement for this mandate. Fresher MD may also apply.
