- Position: Sales Leader – Data Cable (GM / DGM)

- Industry: Wire & Cable

- Location: Delhi NCR & Mumbai

- Experience: 15+ years in Sales leadership (Preference for BE + MBA)


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to drive business growth

- Manage and optimize sales territories to maximize coverage and efficiency

- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to foster a high -performance culture

- Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders

- Monitor sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly




Requirements

✔ Strong business acumen in the Data Cable -Wire & Cable industry


✔ Proven success in creating new business accounts and driving B2B sales


✔ Expertise in negotiating and managing customer relationships
