Indirect Purchase Executive with experience in sourcing and procuring indirect materials and services that support business


operations. Skilled in managing the procurement of hardware consumables and Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO)


supplies, ensuring timely availability, cost optimization, vendor coordination, and uninterrupted operational efficiency.


Experienced in supplier negotiation, purchase order management, inventory support, and maintaining compliance with


organizational procurement policies.




- Manage procurement of indirect materials and services, including hardware consumables, maintenance supplies, repair materials,
and MRO items.

- Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure timely procurement of hardware consumables and MRO requirements while
maintaining quality and cost standards.

- Identify and evaluate vendors.

- Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, contracts,



and payment terms.

- Create and process purchase orders.

- Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods/services.

- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.

- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.

- Monitor budgets and control procurement costs.

- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.


Requirements

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :




• BE /Diploma - Mechanical or a related field.


• 5 -7+ years of industrial experience.


• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.


• Solid communication & cross -functional collaboration with all Internal team.
