We are looking for a proactive and people -focused HR Assistant Manager to manage HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and workforce management in a manufacturing setting.



If you have strong expertise in factory HR, employee relations, statutory compliance, and HR processes, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a reputed organization.



Key Responsibilities:




✔ Manage end -to -end HR operations and administration


✔ Handle recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning


✔ Manage employee relations and grievance handling


✔ Ensure statutory compliance and labour law adherence


✔ Support payroll, attendance, and HR documentation


✔ Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives


✔ Coordinate training and development activities


✔ Prepare HR MIS reports and analytics


✔ Work closely with plant operations and leadership teams
