The team works closely with clients, hotels, vendors, and travel partners to deliver seamless event experiences from initial planning through completion.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and MICE movements.
- Coordinate with clients, hotels, vendors, transport partners, and other service providers.
- Manage travel, accommodation, logistics, schedules, and event-related arrangements.
- Lead on-ground teams and ensure smooth execution at event venues.
- Track operational details, resolve issues quickly,



and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements :

We are looking for an energetic and dependable Operations Manager with an interest in event operations and execution. Candidates with any level of experience may apply. Robust coordination, communication, organisation, vendor management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities are important for this role. The position is full-time and in-office in Pune, with regular involvement in event venues and on-ground operations. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and willingness to manage changing event requirements will be valued.
