We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler SystemDesigner to prepare detailed working drawings, support projectcoordination, and assist with design-related field issues. This isa senior hands-on design role. Candidates must have experienceusing AutoSPRINK, HydraCAD, or SprinkCAD . Experience with otherdrafting or sprinkler design tools alone will not be enough, asthis role requires minimal training and the ability to workindependently. Responsibilities Prepare detailed working firesprinkler system drawings Use AutoSPRINK , HydraCAD, or SprinkCADto complete design work Manage design work from project startthrough completion Apply current fire sprinkler codes, standards,materials, and design methods Prepare and review hydrauliccalculations Create fabrication and stock listing documentationCoordinate piping locations with other trades Attend projectmeetings as required Support field personnel with design-relatedinstallation issues Help resolve design-related operatingdeficiencies Assist with estimating, proposal preparation,



andequipment or parts ordering Maintain organized projectdocumentation and communicate clearly with internal teamsRequirements Minimum 5 years of fire sprinkler design experienceHands-on experience with at least one of the following: AutoSPRINK, HydraCAD, or SprinkCAD Strong understanding of hydrauliccalculations Experience with fabrication and stock listingprocedures Working knowledge of current fire sprinkler codes andstandards Ability to work independently with limited trainingExcellent written and verbal English communication skills Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail Able to managemultiple projects and priorities Strong team player with goodinterpersonal skills Preferred Experience Experience coordinatingdirectly with field crews, contractors, engineers, or other tradesExperience supporting estimating, proposals, or material/equipmentordering Experience working on U.S.-based fire sprinkler designprojects Key Note Candidates who only have general CAD,Revit, BIM, or other non-specialized drafting software experiencewill not be a fit unless they also have hands-on experience withAutoSPRINK, HydraCAD, or SprinkCAD.
