ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (includethe following, however, other duties may apply.):-

- Assembly ofprinters & repair of modules under CIJ/NCIJ on time and as perour quality standard,
- Daily Quality, Repair& production reports,
- Maintenance of allmachinery & equipment’s in production/Repair centerarea,
- Follow all safety instruction asprescribed,
- Responsible for trouble shooting inelectrical wire harness / electronic cardlevel
- Root Cause analysis for any qualityfailure in repair or Production.,
- Print qualitytest & Packaging of product,
- Execute 6S& Own Dover operational excellence activity execution on shopfloor,
- Production/Repair confirmation inSAP,
- Inventory counting & matching with SAPvalue & gap analysis & action plan ongap,
- Checking of quality failed material &circulate; status report on daily basis,
- Scrapmaterial segregation & disposal as perprotocol,
- Follow all ISO standard like ISO9001/2015, ISO 14001/2015 & ISO45001/2018- Internalaudits.
- Responsible for root cause analysis forlogistics claim/OOB/warranty failures, under production &repair; activity products. (5 Why, FAST)
- Repairof modules on time & as per our qualitystandard,
- Responsible for positive quality ofsoldering on PCB or wire connection while repairingmodules,
- Root Cause analysis for any qualityfailure of parts or after modulerepair,
- Execute 6S & Own Dover operationalexcellence activity execution on shopfloor,
- Checking of field return material &circulate; status report on dailybasis,

Position/JobRequirements:

Education/TrainingRequired:

- Three-yearDiploma in Electronics, electrical, electronics & communicationwith 4-5 year experience or Two year regular ITI in Electronics,electrician with 8+ year of experience in samefield.

WorkExperience Required:





- Worked inin-house repair for Electronics board trouble shooting &repairing; especially on printers/laptop/computers, OR
- Maintenance or customer support engineerwith exposure in trouble shooting & repairing of PSU, boardswith good quality of soldering,
- Similarposition for a minimum of 5-8years,

OR

- Theexperience stipulated above shall be in electronics assembly line,in-house repair for Electronics board trouble shooting &repairing; especially onprinters/laptop/computers,

electrical/electronicmaintenance, customer support/Field engineer in support of officeautomation/industrial printers.

Knowledge:

- Knowledgeof Electronic parts & basic testing knowledge of electronicparts,
- Knowledge of flow diagram, flowchart,
- Knowledge of electrical/electronicstesting tools like multimeter & CRO/DRO. Able to measure &calculate; voltage & current,
- Ability toread technical specification & manufacturing instruction &ability; to read & trace electrical, electronic circuitdiagrams
- Light Knowledge of SAP is an addedadvantage, but not mandatory.
- Must haveknowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel &PPT;)
- Must be able to write good English. Spokenis an added advantage but notmandatory.
- Knowledge of operational excellencelike lean production, 5S, Kaizen.
- Must haveknowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel &PPT;)
- Must be able to read & write goodEnglish. Spoken is an added advantage but not mandatory. Provenability to develop and execute production plans, ensuring on-timedelivery and meeting qualitystandards.
- Proficient in using SAP system tomanage production schedules, inventory, and resourceallocation
- Excellent problem-solving skillswith the ability to analyse complex production issues and developeffective solutions,
- Knowledge of operationalexcellence like lean production, 5S,Kaizen.
- Internal Auditor of ISO9001:2015,14001:2015 & 45001:2018 inPlant
