A Tier 1 IT MNC is hiring ServiceNow QA Engineers with strong hands on Scripting languages.

Location: PAN India (Remote)

Experience: 7 - 11 years

Notice Period: Immediate/ Serving Notice with release within 30 days.

Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow QA, ATF, JavaScript, Client-Side scripting, Server-Side scripting.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow.

Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow testing and Automation (particularly ATF)

Should have experience in testing through ServiceNow upgrades

Demonstrate experience in performing end-to-end testing(automation and manual) in accordance with an established software testing life cycle and software testing methodology.

Proficient in Test & Defect Management

Valuable Understanding of REST / SOAP API''s and API automation

Preferred candidates with Experience working in an Agile environment

Positive to have knowledge on one or more automation tools like Cypress, TestComplete, Robot Framework

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.





Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation of Automated Test Framework (ATF): Develop, configure, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow applications and modules.

Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Execute manual and automated test cases and document results thoroughly.

Proficient in testing various ITSM Modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB)

End-to-end testing in accordance with an established software testing life cycle and software testing methodology.

Testing through ServiceNow upgrades.

Required ServiceNow Certifications:

CSA - Certified System Administrator

Automated Test Framework (ATF) Micro-Certification
