- Ensure timely completion of backend processes to support business growth.

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in Backend Operations or related field.

- Proficiency in Data Entry Operation, Typing Speed, and Typing Skills (minimum 40 wpm).

- Robust understanding of Excel Sheet preparation and report creation.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
