About the Role
We're looking for an energetic, people-friendly Field Executive to drive our free vision screening initiative. You'll be the face of our outreach program visiting residential societies, RWAs, and local communities to get permissions, generate interest, and schedule free eye check-up camps for residents.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach residential societies, apartment complexes, and gated communities for potential vision screening camps
- Build rapport with RWA members, society secretaries, and facility managers to get camp approvals
- Explain the purpose and benefits of the free vision screening program to society committees and residents
- Coordinate camp logistics — date, venue, resident turnout, and on-ground support
- Maintain a database of approached societies, follow-ups, and camp outcomes
- Distribute flyers/posters and use WhatsApp/notice boards to drive resident participation




- Liaise with the internal medical/optometry team to ensure smooth camp execution
- Collect feedback and maintain daily/weekly activity reports
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for number of societies onboarded and camps conducted

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (local language + Hindi/English)
- Comfortable with extensive field travel within the city
- Prior experience in field sales, community outreach, CSR activities, or society tie-ups preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
- Own two-wheeler preferred (with valid license)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and valuable at building relationships

Qualification

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
