We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our team.

Position: Design Engineer

Location: Surat

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering

Preference: Local candidates from Surat

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop LT electrical panels such as PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, VFD, PLC, DG Synchronization, Control, and Distribution Panels.
- Prepare GA drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), schematic/control drawings, wiring diagrams, and terminal plans.
- Prepare and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) based on project requirements and technical specifications.
- Select suitable electrical components such as ACB, MCCB, MCB, contactors, relays, CTs, meters, busbars, SPDs, terminals, and control components.
- Perform electrical calculations, component sizing, load calculations, and short-circuit considerations as required.
- Review customer specifications, BOQs, drawings, and project requirements to ensure accurate design.
- Coordinate with Estimation, Sales, Purchase, Production, Testing,



and Project teams for smooth project execution.
- Make necessary design modifications based on customer requirements, site conditions, and technical changes.
- Support the production and testing teams by providing required technical drawings, documents, and clarifications.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable IEC/IS standards, safety requirements, and company quality standards.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Assist in FAT, inspection, testing, and troubleshooting whenever required.
- Stay updated with new electrical components, design practices, and industry standards.

Candidate Profile:

- Electrical Engineering background is mandatory
- Freshers candidates also apply
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and basic electrical concepts
- Strong analytical and calculation skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with the organization
