- Provide holistic bedside nursing care across wards, ICUs, and specialty units.
- Administer drugs safely as per physician orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Record and interpret vital signs, fluid balance, and patient condition changes.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, care plans, and electronic medical records.
- Adhere to aseptic practices, hand hygiene, and biomedical waste protocols.
- Counsel patients and families on treatment, diet, discharge, and home care.
- Assist in resuscitation, code management, and urgent interventions.
- Collaborate with doctors, allied health staff, and nursing supervisors for seamless care.
- Follow NABH standards, hospital SOPs, and medico-legal documentation norms.
- Participate in CME, skill enhancement, and competency assessments.
