Professional experience

- Good knowledge in Insurance Accounting
- Bachelors / Masters Degree preferably in Finance
- At least 4-6 years of qualified experience
- Solid experience in data reconciliation, data analysis and data quality checks
- Solid Stakeholder Management and Customer Facing skills
- Good understanding of Insurance accounting processes and related systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams
- Very high analytical skills
- Good IT awareness and process life cycle knowledge
- Independent and self-organized. High level of perseverance
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, MS Access, Word, PowerPoint

Desirable skills

- VBA experience is an advantage
- Experience with SAC (SAP Analytical Cloud),



SAP FI and SAP BW for fetching required reports
- Flare towards process improvements, data quality monitoring and data analysis
- Familiar with Agile methodologies

Overall Objectives of Job

- Analyse the data models and data harmonization logic
- Involve in financial data analysis and end to end reconciliations between different financial systems
- Support financial closing & production processes
- Contribute in BAU units by providing analysis on the issues reported by the end user (e.g. Accounting, Planning and Actuarial departments)
- Collaborate with business units, IT teams and Agile Release Trains to improve processes, implement changes and leverage processes related to the finance systems within AGCS
- Take part on events cadenced by the SAFe Agile framework like stand-up meetings and SAFE Agile ceremonies
