About the job

As a Customer Service Specialist at Museum of Calm Rose Partners LLP, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients. Your proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Office, and Shopify will be essential in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Your solid written and spoken English skills, as well as proficiency in spoken Hindi, will be key in effectively communicating with our diverse customer base.

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
2. Assist customers with order processing and tracking
3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
4. Maintain accurate customer records in our system
5. Provide product recommendations and information to customers
6. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
7. Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures
