Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand and analyze client preferences, goals, and requirements to recommend the most suitable property options.
2. Coordinate, schedule, and manage property tours while ensuring each visit is well-organized and informative.
3. Provide clients with transparent explanations and guidance during visits to help them evaluate properties with confidence.
4. Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups within the CRM system.
5. Stay in regular contact with prospects to nurture interest and support them throughout the decision-making process.
6. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transaction workflows and unified communication.
7. Offer timely assistance and deliver high-quality customer service to strengthen client trust and build long-term relationships.
