About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our recruitment team supporting Canadian staffing operations . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in building a career in recruitment.

You will receive training on the Canadian recruitment process, sourcing techniques, candidate screening, and staffing industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.

- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

- Communicate with candidates through phone calls, emails, and other professional channels.

- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess basic qualifications.

- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to meet hiring targets.

- Ensure professional and timely communication with candidates.

- Learn and follow Canadian staffing and recruitment processes
