We are looking for QUANTITY SURVERYOR for our EPC Company, being developed in India. The candidate should be as follows:-

Role OverviewThe Quantity Surveyor is the financial linchpin of a construction project. Your core objective is to ensure that all projects are completed within the approved budget and schedule while maintaining strict quality, safety, and legal standards. You will handle cost estimates, procurement, contractual risk, and final accounts. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]Key Responsibilities & Duties1. Pre-Contract Stage

- Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate preliminary and detailed cost estimates, cost plans, and feasibility studies from architectural and engineering blueprints. [1, 2, 3]
- Bills of Quantities (BOQ): Perform accurate quantity take-offs and draft comprehensive BOQs for materials, labor, and equipment. [1, 2, 3]
- Tendering & Procurement: Assist in preparing tender documents, evaluating contractor/vendor bids, and recommending cost-effective proposals. [1, 2, 3]
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. [1, 2]

2. Post-Contract Stage

- Cost Control & Monitoring:



Track real-time project expenses against the baseline budget and submit regular financial progress reports.
- Valuations & Payments: Conduct site visits to value completed work, review interim payment applications, and issue payment recommendations or certificates.
- Variations & Change Management: Identify, assess, and negotiate the cost impact of design modifications and contract variations.
- Risk & Claims Management: Spot potential commercial risks, manage subcontractor claims, and help implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Final Account: Prepare and settle the final account by reconciling all incurred costs, retention sums, and adjustments. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10]

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 4 years in the relevant industry and Handled 3 to 4 hospital projects.
- Salary: Salary will be communsurated to right candidates as per company norms and relevant experience.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
