Title: Validation Testers

Location: Bangaluru / Pune

Exp: 4-8 Yrs

: Key Responsibilities:

- Perform validation testing of applications and systems.
- Prepare, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track defects through the testing lifecycle.
- Perform functional and regression testing as required.
- Analyze test results and ensure issues are properly validated and closed.
- Collaborate with development and other stakeholders to resolve identified issues.
- Ensure testing activities are completed within defined timelines.
- Maintain proper testing and validation documentation.

Required Skills:

- 4–8 years of experience in software testing and validation.
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
- Experience in test case preparation and execution.
- Positive defect identification and tracking skills.
- Experience in functional and regression testing.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
