We are looking for a dynamic and creative Manager – Decor Sales & Event Planning to lead our decor business, from client acquisition and sales to concept development and event execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and manage decor sales enquiries and convert them into confirmed business.
• Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences and budgets.
• Develop decor concepts, themes and proposals for weddings, social events and corporate functions.
• Prepare quotations, packages and coordinate negotiations with clients.
• Coordinate with vendors, decorators and internal banquet teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure timely setup, quality standards and presentation of decor at events.




• Identify opportunities to upsell decor packages and increase revenue.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and event partners.

Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in hotel, banquet, wedding decor, event planning or related industry.
• Robust sales, communication and client-handling skills.
• Creative approach with good understanding of event decor and trends.
• Strong planning, coordination and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
