Position: HoReCa Lead – North & West India

Position Overview

Lead the development and execution of Bayfield’s HoReCa sales strategy across North & West India, driving revenue, market expansion, customer acquisition, and key account growth. Build robust relationships with hotels, restaurants, QSRs, caterers, cloud kitchens, and other foodservice customers while working closely with Culinary, R&D;, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to deliver customer-focused food solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional HoReCa sales strategy, plans, forecasts, and revenue targets.
• Drive new customer acquisition and market development across North & West India.
• Build and manage relationships with key HoReCa accounts, hotel groups, QSRs, restaurants, caterers, and foodservice businesses.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, product trials, and customized food solutions.
• Develop customer-specific solutions in collaboration with Culinary, R&D;, and Application teams.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, customer segmentation,



and identify emerging HoReCa trends and opportunities.
• Own regional sales, margin, pipeline, and business development performance, with regular MIS and forecasting.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and customer agreements.
• Ensure effective customer onboarding, product trials, sampling, demonstrations, and conversion.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Logistics to ensure seamless order execution, availability, collections, and customer service.
• Lead resolution of customer issues and ensure timely closure of commercial and service-related concerns.
• Build and strengthen the regional sales team, including target setting, market coverage, coaching, and performance management.
• Represent Bayfield at trade shows, foodservice events, customer meets, chef engagements, and industry forums.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Bayfield’s ingredients,
