Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Sholapur, responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for Oswin Ply products in the assigned territory. The role involves managing and developing relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, carpenters, and key commercial clients. The Area Sales Manager will regularly visit customers,



present product portfolios, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure timely order closures and collections. Daily tasks include tracking sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, executing local marketing activities, and providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. The role also involves monitoring competitor activity, ensuring strong brand visibility in the market, and collaborating with internal teams for smooth logistics, after-sales support, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, preferably within building materials, wood panels, interiors, or related industries.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, carpenters, and institutional buyers.
