Role Overview

Career Advisor - US IT Staffing who is passionate about working with people and helping technology professionals achieve their career goals.

The role involves understanding candidates' skills, experience, interests, career aspirations, and job preferences and guiding them toward suitable opportunities within the US IT market.

The Career Advisor will work closely with candidates and internal recruitment teams to provide career guidance, profile optimization, interview preparation, job-search support, and continuous assistance throughout the hiring process.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Visnagar, Gujarat, and requires working a night shift aligned with US business hours.
