Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Engineer - Advanced Semiconductor Packaging who can act as a technical-commercial interface between clients and our engineering/costing teams.

The role will primarily support client engagement, understand and document customer requirements,



translate those requirements into explicit inputs for the engineering team, coordinate costing and quotation activities, prepare technical-commercial proposals, and support proposal presentations and client discussions.

The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of relevant experience in semiconductor packaging, semiconductor component distribution, technical sales, or a sales consulting role, with the ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with both customers and internal engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering
• Support client meetings, discussions and technical interactions related to semiconductor packaging requirements.
• Understand customer requirements, application needs, technical specifications and expected deliverables.
• Ask relevant technical and commercial questions to clearly define the customer's requirements.
