Role Description: We’re looking for a skilled Architect to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The role involves designing residential projects from concept to completion, preparing architectural drawings and 3D models, coordinating with MEP, structural and interior teams,



and working closely with clients and site teams to ensure quality execution.

Qualifications:
• Robust foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in residential projects.
• Ability to collaborate on Integration between design, construction, and related technical disciplines.
• Experience in Project Management, including coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Software Development concepts and digital tools relevant to architectural workflows (e.g., BIM, CAD, project management software).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain
